F&S Energy is an Employee owned, Renewable Energy Supplier that has been operating for 15 years. We are looking for a Head Of Finance to join our growing company to lead the existing finance team.

Job Summary

The Head Of Finance will be responsible for providing operational leadership across all financial activities of the company, including managing core accounting functions, payment processes, overseeing compliance RFIs, and managing other members of the team. This role requires, attention to detail and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Manage accounting team.

Oversee payment processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Respond to RFIs.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Assist with financial reporting and audit preparation.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Liaise with directors and non-finance teams to provide insight and guidance.
