Job Title: Employee Relations AVP Location: Canary Wharf, London (3 days in office) Duration: 6Months contract Skills and Experience College degree in business, human resources or related field or equivalent education Proven experience working in a fast faced ER function (Financial services experience preferable). Knowledge of UK and Irish Employment Law. Proven experience managing ER Cases. Experience navigating a global organization and matrix structures. Hiring Manager update: For this AVP role we need someone who has complex case management who can come in and work independently on complex grievances, disciplinary cases and someone who has experience in running the end to end redundancy processes both individual and collective. They need to demonstrate that they are comfortable working in very fast paced environment, managing multiple priorities with high caseload.
