We are looking for a Customer Sales Account Manager who loves working deals and building client relationships. In this fast-paced, client-facing role, you’ll guide investors through their property choices, manage your own pipeline, and keep deals moving smoothly to deal completion. The Package:
* Up to £34,000 basic salary (DOE) + £50,000 - £60,000 OTE
* Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (flexible between 08:00 - 18:00)
* 25 days holiday plus birthday off and public/bank holidays
* Office-based, fully equipped with phone and laptop
The Customer Sales Account Manager Role:
* Guide clients through reviewing and selecting suitable investment properties
* Present deals clearly, answer questions, and handle objections
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deal information
* Maintain regular communication to progress deals smoothly
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
* Track client interactions and deal progress in CRM
The Person:
* Minimum 1 year sales experience, ideally consultative or high-value products/services
* Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Organised, proactive, and confident in following up and progressing deals
* Desirable: consultative high-value/high-ticket sales OR property sales or investment experience, understanding of buy-to-let market desirable.
