Role Description
We are seeking a Football Operations Coordinator for a part-time, on-site position at Regent’s Park, London. The Football Operations Coordinator will oversee the smooth running of daily operations, including match and training coordination, administrative processes, and player services. The role involves liaising with coaches, players, and parents, managing attendance records, processing payments, and ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the club. Candidates must be available to work on Saturdays, as this is a key match and training day.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate training schedules, fixtures, and match-day logistics
* Manage player registrations, attendance tracking, and payment processing
* Act as the first point of contact for players, parents, and coaches
* Support coaches with operational and administrative needs
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with club policies
* Assist in planning and delivery of events, trials, and tournaments
Qualifications
* Strong organizational and analytical skills with operations management experience
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Proficiency in administrative and digital tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar)
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Knowledge of football operations or prior experience in a sports environment (desirable)
* Love for football/all things sports!
* Availability to work Saturdays (essential)
