Your Role and Responsibilities As Security Consultant, you are responsible for installation, managing day to day operations of Security devices, management and data classification tool. Responsibilities Responsible for implementation partner to see project on track along with providing required reports to management and client Handle the project as well as BAU operations while ensuring high level of systems security compliance Coordinate with and act as an authority to resolve incidents by working with other information security specialists to correlate threat assessment data. Analyze data, such as logs or packets captures, from various sources within the enterprise and draw conclusions regarding past and future security incidents Exercises and exhibits leadership by planning, organizing, scheduling, coordinating the work of others; providing advice, guidance, direction; developing repeatable work methods, standards and other internal procedures. Resolves problems that are diversified and complex and frequently involve new issues that may not have been encountered before. Makes timely and logical decisions in analysing diverse information streams, evaluating options and formulating recommendations in order to resolve problems. Required Technical and Professional Expertise 7-8 yrs of experience in Cybersecurity Sound understanding of security technologies, common security threats and industry best practices must have domain expertise on multiple technologies and having the skill to lead the team. Strong project management skills (objective setting, communications, risk management, performance tracking, evaluation/measurement) Manage escalations and run the smooth operations of security solutions Vendor Management – manage periodic MIS & SLAs reviews, payments & penalties, renewal of support contracts and licenses in timely manner Publish the relevant MIS, dashboards, and status updates to all stake holders Preferably with Banking domain experience Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong Incident Handling capabilities and Fundamental of Forensics Sound knowledge & understanding of security operations, processes, and various security technologies like Symantec (NAS),Symantec Endpoint Protection, Solidcore, Encryption(PGP, Bitlocker), Seclore Cyber Ark,IDAM, Vasco MFA, SSO,BYOK in the line SFTP(Secure File Transfer protocol),AD(active Directory)o FIM,Carbon Black,DLP, DAM, Gardicore, HIPS (Trendmicro) SFTP (Secure File Transfer protocol), AD (Active Directory) Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise One or more security certifications: CEH, Security, GSEC, GCIH, etc., You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications About Business Unit IBM Consulting is IBM’s consulting and global professional services business, with market leading capabilities in business and technology transformation.
