Shift patterns 07:00-15:00 and 14:00-22:00 including Bank Holidays
ÂŁ23,810 per annum with double pay on Christmas and 20% uplift on unsociable hours and Bank Holidays
Hybrid in our Bishopsworth, Bristol office with 2-3 days a week from home

đź’ˇ About the Role
In this role, you will:
* Take inbound and make outbound calls to workers to book them into shifts in various clinical settings, ensuring their skillset matches the shift requirements.
* Ensure all relevant client shift information is uploaded onto our bespoke software and updated when applicable.
* Respond to client and worker queries quickly, ensuring professional and positive relationships are created and liaising with internal teams to support.
* Liaise with clients to confirm worker details, establish additional demand, promote nurse availability and enhance client relationships to support business growth.
This is a role where your customer service skills will really make a difference.

* Proven experience dealing with a high volume of calls
