Do you thrive on helping others and staying organized? We’re looking for a proactive Administration Assistant to support the Repairs team.
The overall purpose of the Administration Assistant is to assist in ensuring the effective operation and delivery of the administration function within Llanw. You will provide broad administrative assistance to support activities and services within Llanw, ensuring they are carried out to the highest standards of integrity, accuracy, and professionalism, in accordance with Llanw and Valleys to Coast’s policies and procedures.
Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): working with data, data presentation, financial reconciliations, document creation, document storage and retrieval, contract administration, and communication via telephone or face-to-face. You will liaise internally with trade operatives and external organizations to ensure timely and efficient resolution of transport/fleet queries and incidents. Additionally, you will maintain compliance records to strict standards, ensuring they are audit-ready and meet all required criteria.
