Job Duties
* Develop electrical system design solutions for aerospace and aviation projects
* Create detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure electrical designs meet project requirements
* Perform electrical calculations and analysis to validate design integrity
* Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems
* Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical design technologies
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
* Proven experience in electrical design within the aerospace or aviation industry
* Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and practises
* Proficiency in electrical design software and tools
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design within the aerospace or aviation industry
Knowledge and Skills
* Excellent understanding of electrical system design concepts
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
* Professional Engineering (PE) licence
* Experience with CAD software
Working Conditions
The Electrical Design Engineer will work in an office setting, collaborating with team members and occasionally visiting project sites. The role may involve occasional travel for meetings or project‑related activities.
