Location: HMP Springhill
Salary: £41,818.21 + 5% salary increase for shift and weekend work
Contract: Full Time - Perm
We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineer to join our team at HMP Springhill, a category D male prison.

We are a Ministry of Justice business providing critical services to HMPPS, seeking a Mechanical Engineer with:
- Two years' experience as a plumber or similar role
- Knowledge of Water Supply Regulation and Legionella L8 requirements
- Experience with commercial/industrial heating and water systems
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Qualified to C&G 6035, C&G 6189, NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent
- Good health and safety knowledge
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
