We’re looking for a Shift Engineer to join our engineering team on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, rotating between days and nights. What you’ll be doing: Carrying out planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance to keep production running smoothly. Investigating and fixing breakdowns quickly to reduce downtime. Playing a key part in continuous improvement through root cause analysis. Ensuring safety remains the 1 priority in all tasks. Helping us deliver our sustainability goals and reduce energy usage. Supporting and guiding new team members. What we’re looking for: A relevant engineering apprenticeship or qualification. Experience with CMMS systems and hands-on maintenance across manufacturing equipment. Awareness of health and safety standards (HACCP, Legionella, NEBOSH desirable).
