Role Description
We are seeking a Parts Controller for a full-time remote role. The Parts Controller will manage inventory and stock levels for material handling equipment, liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts, and process purchase orders. Additional responsibilities include monitoring stock usage, maintaining accurate records, providing updates to other departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies for inventory management. Effective communication with clients and vendors to meet their requirements will also be a part of this role.
Qualifications
* Inventory management and stock control skills
* Proficiency in processing purchase orders and tracking shipments
* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
* Communication and customer service skills to effectively liaise with clients and suppliers
* Experience with inventory management software is an advantage
* Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote work environment
* Familiarity with material handling equipment or related industries is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in inventory management are a benefit
