Offer description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client, a prestigious and long-established property developer. This is a coordination role supporting the sales progression of new-build properties, from reservation through to exchange and completion. You'll be the key liaison between sales teams and solicitors, ensuring all paperwork, compliance, and due diligence tasks are handled efficiently and professionally. Salary - £35k - £40k per annum depending on experience. Plus excellent benefits. Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm, office-based in Taplow with some travel to sites as required. Key Responsibilities: Managing paperwork from reservation to exchange. Liaising with the finance and sales teams with individual plot AML checks and sign-off. Performing due diligence checks for plot reservations. Joining site legal meetings to gain an understanding of progression and deadlines. Creating and managing sales packs and assisting with signed documents. Maintaining and updating the CRM, sales database & spreadsheets. Helping with training logs, new starters, organising conferences/ events, and general admin. Compliance & site support - some travel and training (first aid/ fire marshal) required. Assist the finance team to ensure transfer documents are checked, signed and returned to solicitors in a timely fashion in readiness for completion. Support the team in ad hoc administrative tasks as required. Some travel to the developments may be required for team support. Attendance and support to development events, new phase/new site launches as required. Key Skills: Previous experience in new homes sales and conveyancing is preferred. Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills. Confidence in working with legal documentation; including AML and other compliance tasks. Strong communication and coordination across various departments.
