About the Role:
The Oxford office is seeking a Commercial Property Partner to take over legacy work and maintain key client relationships, particularly with university estates. This is a senior-level position offering a fixed share partnership with full autonomy and leadership responsibility.
Responsibilities:
* Lead on legacy commercial property matters, including high-value developers, investors, banks, major corporate occupiers and a number of public sector bodies to help them develop, manage and maintain the property portfolios
* Represent the firm in client-facing and stakeholder engagements
* Collaborate with other partners to drive strategic growth in the property practice
Salary & Benefits:
* £120,000 - £170,000

Ideal Candidate:
* Established background in commercial property law with a track record in high-value transactions
* Experience leading teams or supervising junior staff
