You will work in a virtual and matrix environment to ensure project delivery is executed to the highest standards and risks and issues are effectively identified, managed, and mitigated. This will entail working on multiple concurrent and complex projects at any one time.
Your main alignment will be within KPMG UK’s ITAM/SAM team, a part of our ‘Contract Performance & Insight’ department.
Seamlessly work across multiple complex projects from across a diverse portfolio of clients.
Following KPMG risk management processes.
Following KPMG financial management processes.
Execute work plans to achieve contracted project scope.
Analysis of software installation and consumption data.
Process and review of software license entitlement and contracts.
Reporting of commercial risk or cost saving opportunities.
Help clients enact and track mitigation actions.
Demonstrable experience in software asset management, showing clear proficiency over software licensing (all aspects of contractual, technical, and commercial, activities), alongside excellent understanding of software technology and related controls.
Domain specific licensing knowledge relating to IBM. With clear understanding of the application of IBM software licensing terms and conditions and management of IBM software licensing through relevant tooling (like IBM License Metric Tool, IBM License Service, and industry recognised software asset management tools, like Flexera or ServiceNow).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills complimented by equally strong organisational and Microsoft Office skills.
Experience of managing and coaching more junior team players
