The Opportunity
* Lead the commercial strategy for a breakthrough sustainable materials technology, including: Market creation and customer acquisition;
* High-value partnerships with global luxury and consumer brands;
* Commercialisation from innovation through to scale;
* Global marketing and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver commercial growth and revenue;
* Build and lead the commercial function;
* Develop scalable go-to-market strategies and CRM systems;
* Represent the business at industry and client events across Europe;
* Ensure customer insight informs product and innovation.
Candidate Profile
* B2B sales experience in materials, pigments, dyes, polymers, textiles, beauty, packaging or adjacent sectors;
* Track record introducing new technology to global brands;
* Capability to build structure in a scaling environment;
* Strong communication and senior stakeholder engagement skills;
* European language skills (French/Italian/German) advantageous.
