Inputting and managing data across various CRM systems such as ACT and Word, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Assisting with the ordering of materials and fixings for woodworking projects, ensuring all requirements are met. Answering phone calls and managing customer and supplier inquiries in a professional manner. Providing solutions to any queries from clients or internal teams. Performing general administrative duties, including faxing, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Document management, ensuring that all files are properly stored and accessible.
