And as a Station Manager, so will you. ✨ The role will also include: Development and implementation of processes and action plans based on trend analysis Driving improvements to the customer experience and delivery of the service at stations including safety and security, cleanliness, accessibility, information & communication Managing internal and external relationships in order to meet key performance indicators Meeting revenue and cost targets whilst identifying opportunities to further increase revenue and reduce costs About you: You will be someone who relishes in the opportunity to make a positive difference to the everyday lives of our customers and station teams.
