Role at a Glance
Location: London – Oxford Street office base, 3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday) with work‑from‑home Monday & Friday.
Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE.

Role Overview
* Act as a trusted partner to clients and a leader internally, overseeing strategy, execution, forecasting and account growth while influencing at board level.
* Own day‑to‑day client communications and drive long‑term strategic and commercial growth.
* Build strong, trusted relationships and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver seamlessly.
* Present briefs, strategy and creative with sharp attention to detail.
* Forecast, negotiate, and manage commercial budgets with strong financial acumen.
About You
* Passionate about influencer and social media marketing with a measurable impact.
* Strategic, commercially‑mindful Account Director with senior‑level client relationships.
* Confident in leading briefs, strategy and creative presentations.
* Ability to manage complex, multi‑channel accounts.
* Strong commercial awareness, forecasting, growth and negotiation experience.
* Previous experience as an Account Director in a social or influencer agency.
