Title: IP Solicitor – Patent Litigation (4 PQE) Location: London The Position We are seeking an IP Solicitor with a strong background in patent and broader IP litigation to join our growing team. Advising clients on contentious IP matters, with a focus on patent litigation. Managing and progressing litigation before the UK courts Engaging with clients across a range of industries, including technology, engineering, and life sciences. Supporting strategic litigation planning, including UPC-related matters. About You Qualified solicitor with 4 years’ UK post-qualification experience Proven experience in both patent litigation and litigation involving other IP rights At least 2 years’ experience working with the UK Civil Procedure Rules. Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex legal and factual issues. Demonstrated interest or involvement in Unified Patent Court (UPC) litigation.
