What You Will Do
: Provide engineering maintenance and fault:finding support for advanced industrial machinery, including injection moulding machines and assembly lines.
: Work on planned preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
: Troubleshoot PLC and drive systems to minimise downtime and enhance productivity.
: Collaborate with operational teams and management to address maintenance requirements and provide detailed feedback on repairs and preventative measures.
: Promote safety by adhering to OHSE legislation, completing risk assessments, and encouraging safe behaviours across the site.
: Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence strategies.
What You Will Bring
: Time:served Industrial Electrician qualifications and ONC certification as a minimum.
: Proven experience in an industrial engineering environment, ideally within manufacturing.
: Knowledge of injection moulding machines and assembly lines, with a strong foundation in troubleshooting PLCs and drive systems.
: Computer literacy and familiarity with CMMS systems.
: A proactive, problem:solving mindset with a positive attitude and commitment to safety and quality.
