As Content Marketing Coordinator – eCommerce EMEA, you will manage Belkin brand presence across our website and eCommerce marketplaces. Your role is to localise, optimise, and distribute eCommerce content to generate traffic, drive conversion and increase sales revenue.
Responsibilities
* Project manage localisation and implementation of content on product detail pages, category pages, landing pages and educational articles on Belkin.com using Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
* Collaborate with in‑house localisation, design and digital merchandising teams to deliver all new product launch content on time.
* Work with the Belkin.com eCommerce Manager and marketing teams to build landing pages and experiences aligned with campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
* Coordinate with performance marketing, CRM and social teams to ensure consistent campaign messages across channels and increase traffic.
* Perform keyword and competitor research using tools such as SEMrush and Google Analytics to inform website improvements that increase organic search and SEO.
* Critically evaluate shopping and UX on Belkin.com to improve customer experience and conversion, and implement these improvements with design and web‑development teams.
* Project‑manage the creation, optimisation and implementation of product detail page content, brand stores and microsites for other eCommerce marketplaces and platforms.
* Run content A/B tests and analyse data to build best practices for content development.
* Manage content databases and identify how AI, automation, data feeds and content syndication can improve processes and workflows.
* Report weekly and monthly KPIs, showing completed tasks and next steps.
Qualifications
* Excellent project‑management and time‑management skills with strong attention to detail.
* Initiative and high‑level organisational abilities; ability to thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
* Strong interest or knowledge of digital‑marketing tools such as Helium10, JungleScout, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner.
* Basic Photoshop, XD, Canva or Figma skills a plus.
* Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in other European languages is highly desirable.
* Website‑content‑management‑software experience, or experience with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central a plus.
* Ability to travel locally and internationally when required.
Experience
* 1‑2years of experience in an eCommerce content or digital‑marketing role managing a website content‑management system (bonus for Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
* InformationandCommunicationTechnology industry background is advantageous.
* Proven verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience managing an Amazon channel is highly desirable.
