Job Advert Technical Coordinator We have a new opportunity to join The Compleat Food Group as a Technical Coordinator based at our chilled food manufacturing site in Clitheroe! Location: Clitheroe, BB7 1QD Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:30 – 17:00, Friday, 8:30 – 16:00 Salary: £30,766 Your Duties Will Include: * Supporting all customer visits from the technical side of the business * Support 3rd party accreditation compliance and audit preparation * Support raw material risk assessments for site * Implementation and maintenance of customer Code of Practice * Audit performance (Standard, Customer, Legal Requirements) * Assist customer complaints reduction * Aid the site to retain BRC AA grade * Support Quality Management System maintenance * Raise and close out supplier non conformances * Export preparation and compliance, documentation and visits * Manage and maintain the internal audit system, including audit assignment and corrective action close out system * Customer KPI’s generation against timescales * New product launch preparation * Control label changes for promotions and season change * Management of raw material testing schedules to ensure compliance to customer and 3rd party standards, including risk assessments Knowledge, Experience and Skills: Experience: * The right candidate will have a passion for food and an enthusiasm to learn on the job in a fast-paced sector of the industry. * Experience of working in a food manufacturing environment within a Technical function * Experience working on specification platforms, across a variety of retails * Exposure to retailer Code of Practice Qualifications: * Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene * Level 3 HACCP Key Skills: * Planning, organisation and project management * Communicating at different levels of seniority * Presentation skills * Identifying solutions * Basic computing skills Qualities: * A passion for food * Problem solving * Enthusiasm to learn and grow * Self-Motivated * Flexible attitude * A team player with well-developed interpersonal skills Why Join Us?
