The Role:
You'll be the trusted advisor that trustees and beneficiaries turn to for complex cross-border trust matters. From reviewing 10-year anniversary charges to structuring affairs for tax efficiency, you'll handle sophisticated work that genuinely makes a difference to our clients' financial futures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading complex trust account and tax return reviews
* Managing HMRC Trust Register compliance
* Crafting strategic advisory reports for offshore and UK trust structures
* Mentoring junior team members and driving best practices
* Building lasting relationships with clients and professional networks
The Individual:
Essential:
* CTA qualification with solid trust taxation experience
* Deep knowledge of UK trust tax legislation
* Proven track record in a similar role
* Exceptional communication skills and relationship-building ability
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with CCH trust accounts/digita
