We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Quality Control Manager to join their global team.\n\nIn this pivotal role, you'll lead the charge in enhancing the Quality Control function-boosting capability, increasing efficiency, and strengthening capacity, particularly within the AQL system and quarantine disposition processes.\n\nYou'll be a key player in ensuring products meet rigorous quality specifications and maintain the highest standards across the board.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOversee and continuously improve quality control policies and procedures\n\nManage and develop a team of quality control professionals\n\nLead training in measurement and assessment techniques, including calibration equipment\n\nMake decisions on non-conforming product disposition\n\nEnsure production quality is consistently aligned with specifications\n\nDrive innovation in quality control through the adoption of new technologies and techniques\n\nFoster a strong customer-focused approach within quality processes\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nProven experience as a quality control professional\n\nStrong background in managing and mentoring quality control teams\n\nAdvanced metrology skills, including CMM machine programming\n\nSolid understanding of geometric tolerancing and calibration\n\nA degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred\n\nKey Personal Attributes:\n\nExcellent communication and active listening skills\n\nSelf-motivated with a positive, "can-do" attitude\n\nHigh levels of integrity, fairness, and discretion\n\nA collaborative team player who leads with authenticity and transparency\n\nDetail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive in suggesting improvements\n\nWorking Hours:\n\nMonday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM\n\nFriday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM\n\nIf you're ready to bring your expertise to a company that values innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.\n\nAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
