What You’ll Be Doing Financial Management & Reporting Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting for key operational areas Deliver accurate and insightful financials across P&L, balance sheet, CAPEX, and cashflow Financial Control & Governance Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with policies and standards Manage reconciliations, enforce spend controls, and support audits and compliance Commercial Insight & Analysis Provide detailed cost analysis, identify variances and performance drivers Offer commercial support for pricing, tenders, and investment decisions Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement Champion process enhancements, automation, and best practices Take full ownership of reporting and analysis workstreams with minimal supervision Stakeholder Engagement Build trusted relationships across finance, operations, and leadership teams What We’re Looking For ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified accountant with strong post-qualification experience Solid grounding in financial planning, reporting, and business partnering Proven ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and commercial acumen Resilient, proactive, and naturally curious with a continuous improvement mindset In return, we offer FREE RAC Ultimate Complete Breakdown Service from Day One. 25 days annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays.
