New opportunity in Liverpool / hybrid for a graduate building surveyor, 30k plus APC support
Your new companyYou will be joining a large multidisciplinary international consultancy who are looking to expand their Liverpool office with a Graduate Building Surveyor. They work across a mix of sectors, including education, health, commercial, social housing. You will join a wider team of 30 others in Liverpool with the support of the wider northern business.
Your new roleYou will work on a mixture of instructions, including expert witness reports, surveys of condition, party walls, remedial works, project management.
What you'll need to succeedYou will ideally be a building surveying graduate with demonstrable industry experience.
What you'll get in returnSalary up to £30,000 BonusHybrid workingYou will get full APC support to become a chartered surveyor.26 holidays plus bank holidays and the option to buy up to 5 additional daysPension 5%
