Here at, we provide state of the art solutions for the Public Safety & Justice market, providing software as a service for multi-media evidence management and Emergency Contact Centres to a worldwide customer base.
We are currently expanding our development team to allow us to continue to develop an exciting product that enables law enforcement agencies worldwide to keep up with the increasing demands of managing growing amounts of digital evidence.
How will you make an impact?
We are looking for a talented Product Architect to join our team. You must:
1. Be comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary and distributed team
2. Work with minimal guidance once trained
3. Be able to communicate effectively, including via phone, email, instant message and video conferencing tools
4. Be comfortable communicating with customers at all levels
5. Have excellent written and verbal communications in English
6. Be an excellent problem solver and work under pressure
How will you make an impact?
You will be responsible for:
7. Working from RFI, RFP documents and customer meetings to understand the customer’s existing systems and business requirements
8. Participation in customer meetings and proof of concept demonstrations
9. Collaborating with teams to design systems and make appropriate technology and architecture choices, considering security, scalability, compatibility and maintainability
10. Reviewing and advise on generic training material on specific configurations and integrations
11. Documenting system designs and communicating them effectively to Product Managers and Customers
12. Working closely with NICE Architects and Product Owners to clearly describe business goals and customer requirements into product backlog items
13. Assessing and reviewing technical documentation to ensure the development team create appropriate levels of product documentation.
14. Provide support to Customer Support, Professional Services, Technical Pre-sales teams and Training where required
Have you got what it takes?
Must have:
15. Analysis and transition of customer requirements into product requirements
16. Writing Clear and concise Technical Proposals, Systems and Solutions Documentation
17. Designing complex systems consisting of a mix of hardware and software
18. Working successfully with clients and business partners directly
19. System engineering and/or system design for 3 years or more
20. Ability to multitask and prioritise work
21. Ability to understand technical solutions, experience of software
22. Ability to understand the big picture and translate it to detailed needs
23. Experience working in an Agile delivery methodology organisation
24. Communicating effectively at all levels, from executive management to individual contributor
25. Excellent English verbal and writing communication skills
26. Fast learner with ability to educate her/himself on relevant technologies e.g. Azure / Cloud-based services
27. Installation and maintenance of Microsoft-based operating systems and server hardware
28. Understanding of the principles of network security, authentication and authorization
29. Microsoft Azure experience (Web Apps, Deployment etc)
30. Experience of working with video and audio
You will have an advantage if you also have:
31. Ability to work successfully with clients and business partners directly
32. Experience of working with Azure technologies
33. An appreciation of Next Generation (NG) emergency services
34. Experience in writing Technical Systems/Solutions Documentation
35. Experience of systems software
36. Breaking down complex market requirements into secure, scalable and resilient system designs (this will come from candidates with a Systems/Architect background)
