40 hours per week, Monday–Friday (rotational shifts 08:00–20:00)

We are recruiting a Meeting & Events Manager to join a leading professional services workplace in Leeds. This role leads the delivery of meeting room bookings, events coordination, switchboard and facilities helpdesk services, ensuring a seamless client and visitor experience across site.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all meeting room and events bookings
* Ensure rooms are fully prepared (AV, catering, setup)
* Manage client enquiries via phone, email and in person
* Coordinate large bookings with service partners
* Maintain booking systems and reporting accuracy
* Act as liaison across facilities, hospitality and security teams
* Support and develop team members
* Resolve service issues and ensure operational continuity
Requirements
* Leadership experience in corporate, hospitality or 5-star service environments
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
* Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
