This is a key appointment at a pivotal stage in the company’s journey, offering full ownership of the finance function and the opportunity to influence strategic direction, operational performance, and long-term value creation. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with the Group CFO, this role requires a hands-on, forward-thinking finance leader. You will oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting, internal controls, and cashflow management, while also acting as the main point of contact for group-level reporting requirements. A strong understanding of IFRS, group reporting, and regulatory compliance is essential. You will lead and develop a small but growing finance team, and play an active role in supporting business decisions through insightful analysis and effective business partnering.
