We are currently recruiting for our client based in WA1 1RX Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour Monday- Friday 40 Hours per week (Training 4 weeks) Detail-oriented hearing-aid manufacturing technician with experience handling micro-components, performing soldering and gluing tasks, and carrying out laser-based smoothing and finishing work under a microscope. Skilled in diagnosing device issues, preparing units for technician testing, and maintaining precise documentation. Strong communication abilities and solid IT proficiency. Experience & Skills: Skilled in manufacturing, including assembly and component handling. Experienced in working with small and delicate parts, including precision gluing and soldering. Proficient in laser trimming, lacer work, and surface smoothing, often using microscopes for high-accuracy tasks. Capable of diagnosing device faults, identifying component or performance issues, and coordinating units for further technical testing and repair. Strong English communication skills and solid IT proficiency, including documentation, database use, and digital workflow tools.
