It is a busy operation so you need to have worked in a high volume fast paced restaurant and have experience leading teams.
Role
Manage all day to day operations alongside the restaurant manager
Help to control labour, stock and all costs & budgets
Train, coach, develop and lead the team
Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
Maintain high standards, compliance and company systems & procedures
Deliver exceptional customer service
Work to company targets and KPIs'
We are looking for:
Experience as an assistant restaurant/cafe/food led pub/coffee shop manager in busy commercial customer facing operations
An understanding of financial management - labour, costs & budgets
Excellent people, communication and people management skills
A hands-on lead from the front approach and a very keen eye for detail
Ideally some kitchen experience
A strong understanding of legislation & compliance
A positive and outgoing personality and outlook
IT literate - working with systems & process
