The Opportunity
Our Nutrition (ANI) business empowers people to live healthier lives through science‑based nutrition. We are now looking for motivated students to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team for a 12‑month placement starting in 2026.
Based in Maidenhead, you will support finance operations across both the UK and Ireland, gaining broad experience in commercial finance, reporting, forecasting, and business partnering.
This is an ideal placement for someone looking to build a career in finance within a dynamic, multinational organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
During your internship, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across key finance functions, including:
Financial Reporting & Analysis
1. Support monthly Latest Best Estimate (LBE) cycles
2. Prepare expense reports with meaningful commentary
3. Assist with month‑end processes, including accruals and balance sheet analysis
Sales & Performance Insights
4. Produce daily and monthly sales performance reports for the ANI team
5. Help enhance wholesaler sales and stock reporting
6. Analyse data to identify trends and support commercial decisions
Contracts & Rebates
7. Assist in managing rebate processes for NHS Trusts
8. Support with validating, tracking, and analysing claims
Business Partnering
9. Work closely with cross‑functional teams
10. Provide timely financial insights to support day‑to‑day and strategic decisions
11. Support ad‑hoc analysis, presentations, and internal reporting
You’ll also get opportunities to shadow team members, learn new systems (such as SAP, Excel, Power BI), and see how financial insights shape strategy across a major healthcare business.
What We’re Looking For
12. Successful completion of the first two years of a Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related degree
13. Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers
14. Good communication and teamwork abilities
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or SAP is a plus
16. A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset — someone who takes ownership and is eager to learn
17. Ability to commute to the Maidenhead office as required
