Key aspects of the role:
* Carry out electrical repairs, fault finding and installation in tenanted and void properties within Social Housing.
* Ensure works are compliant with up-to-date regulations and safety standards.
* Attend emergency callouts and maintenance requests.
* Liaise with tenants, housing officers and management to ensure operations run smoothly.
What you'll need:
* Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Electrical Installation
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience within social housing or domestic maintenance is highly desirable.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Right to work in the UK
* Pass a DBS check
