Roadside Technician within our Patrol division at RAC. Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK. Work from home each day, tackling challenges head‑on and making a real impact on the roadside.
Responsibilities
* Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
* Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
* Start and end each day at home, tackling challenges head‑on.
Qualifications
* Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
* At least 2 years post‑qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
* Customer‑focused approach.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Problem‑solving skills, ability to think on feet and make the right call for each customer.
* Calm under pressure and confident in craft.
