Job Description
The Head of Vet Key Accounts is responsible for leading a team of 5 Key Account Managers across the UK and Ireland, accountable for sales, profit, and KPI delivery within the Vet channel. Reports to the Pet Professional Sales Director UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage 5 NAMs aligned with Royal Canin's strategies and values.
* Develop long-term strategies for external partners and internal stakeholders.
* Oversee customer terms negotiations, trade expenditure, advertising, and promotional activities.
* Plan and manage Veterinary National Accounts both online and offline.
* Collaborate across departments and build relationships with buyers, Vet, and nursing directors.
* Forecast, track, and communicate sales volume and service metrics, making adjustments as needed.
