Our goal is to make Project Delivery smarter and more efficient through easy‑to‑scale technology, offering ready‑made toolscalled iCoRisk, iCoPlan, and iCoView to manage Projects, Risks, and Performance across organisations.
Role Overview
As the Business Development Manager you will target public sector accounts, drive business growth with industry‑leading solutions, and manage multiple sales engagements. You will build strong C‑level relationships, identify ideal solutions, and support the expansion of our Power Platform Accelerators.
Key Responsibilities
* Management Team Membership – 10% of role: report directly to the CEO, own new business sales strategy, work with Marketing and Delivery squads.
* New Business Sales – 50% of role: generate and convert marketing qualified leads, book discovery meetings, and close strategic sales across large organisations.
* Existing Account Growth – 30% of role: manage renewal and expansion opportunities, sell additional accelerators within current accounts.
* Partnership Management – 10% of role: nurture Microsoft partnership, build stakeholder relationships, and ensure alignment with Microsoft account executives.
Key Points / Requirements
* Generate leads from marketing and own source channels.
* Improve conversion rates and reduce time‑to‑buy.
* Consultative sales approach selling Microsoft Business Solutions.
* Potential to onboard additional BDMs after framework implementation.
Required Experience
* 10+ years of B2B sales experience.
* Proven success selling M365, products, solutions and services.
* Experience selling to public and private sector.
* Excellent stakeholder management and strategic selling skills.
* Proficiency with Dynamics CRM and data accuracy.
