The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our mental health services team. You will work directly with adults experiencing mental health challenges, supporting them to achieve their goals, develop skills, and maintain their wellbeing. Your role will involve building trusting relationships, encouraging independence, and promoting recovery in a supportive environment.
Provide personalised support tailored to individual needs and recovery plans
Encourage social inclusion and community involvement
Monitor and report changes in clients' wellbeing
Maintain accurate records and follow organisational policies and procedures
A genuine passion for supporting people with mental health issues
Previous experience in mental health or social care is desirable but not essential full training will be provided
