Job Description
Jenson Fisher have been engaged by a well established organisation based in the centre of Glasgow, to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a permanent, full time basis.
On a daily basis your responsibilities will include:
* Daily use of Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel.
* Bank reconciliations.
* Credit control and sales ledger administration.
* Processing card payments on a daily basis.
* Making payments from the bank.
* Producing reports on a daily basis.
* Collating time and attendance for payroll on a weekly basis and submitting to the external accountants.
If you are a proactive, self-starter and a strong team player with excellent communication skills then this could be the perfect role for you! Our client are keen to hire someone who has varied experience and a desire to put this to good use working in this permanent, part time role.
