Responsibilities
:
1. Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
2. Maintain employees' records.
3. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
4. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
5. Support the HR Business Partner in administering benefits,pensation, and employee performance programs.
6. Suggest new initiatives to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and improve employee experience.
7. Ensure the relevant HR databases are up to date, accurate andply with legislation.
8. Assist in the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently conduct and coordinate administrative duties.
9. Handle employee relations cases as needed under the supervision of the HR Business Partner.
10. Provide administrative support for HR analytics and reporting as needed.
Requirements
11. Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
12. Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
13. Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems (desirable).
14. Strong ability in using MS Office
15. Experience in handling confidential information.
16. Strong organisational and time management skills.
17. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills.
