Are you currently working as a Project Manager with experience delivering large scale construction projects? Are you commutable to London and have a good understanding and experience within Civils, Groundworks, RC Frames or Hard landscaping?
We are currently working with a well‑established construction business that works with some of the UK’s leading developers on large‑scale projects such as Battersea and Chelsea Creek. They have a large amount of ongoing work and a huge pipeline of work streamlining into 2026; as a result they are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join their team. Reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team, you will take overall responsibility for the delivery of projects in and around central London, overseeing large site teams in a client‑facing position.
Project Manager Role Responsibilities
* Oversee large scale site teams on major construction developments in the London region.
* Take full responsibility of projects including labour management, health and safety enforcement, reporting into a contracts director.
* Work to strict deadlines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Act as the point of contact with the main contractor on the project.
Project Manager Role Requirements
* Currently working as a Project Manager with experience on large scale developments in and around London.
* Experience of Ground works, Civils, Hard Landscaping or RC Frame.
* Comfortable managing large teams of site managers and operatives, enforcing a zero‑incident safety culture.
* Full‑time site attendance required; must be commutable to London on a daily basis.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ready to represent the company in a client‑facing position.
