Overview
Join Elekta as a Solutions Marketing Senior Manager and shape how the company brings integrated, value‑driven solutions to the global radiotherapy market. You will execute the global marketing strategy across Elekta’s solutions portfolio, ensuring alignment between customer needs, commercial priorities, and our product and service offerings.
Responsibilities
* Develop and own the global solutions marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging for integrated portfolio offerings.
* Develop go‑to‑market strategies for solutions that combine products, services, and financial models.
* Partner with commercial, product management, and regional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Define integrated solution messaging based on customer insight, clinical workflows, and economic outcomes.
* Create compelling narratives that articulate clinical, operational, and financial benefits for targeted audiences (e.g., C‑Suite, HoD) and differentiate from competitors.
* Partner closely with Medical Affairs and clinical regional teams to gain clinical and economic claims for marketing campaigns.
* Monitor industry trends (e.g., digital health, AI, interoperability) and translate them into actionable marketing campaigns.
* Work closely with product management to ensure that key product differentiation is reflected in marketing messaging.
* Apply global market segmentation, portfolio competitive analysis, and customer journey mapping to drive positioning and messaging.
* Develop sales enablement tools, training, and content to support solution selling.
* Collaborate with regional and marketing teams to adapt global strategies to local market needs.
* Position Elekta as a trusted partner through campaigns, events, and content marketing focused on solutions.
* Drive demand generation programs leveraging omnichannel marketing and digital platforms.
* Foster collaboration across marketing, commercial, sales, and product organizations.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, solution marketing, or campaign marketing within the Med Tech industry.
* Strong understanding of foundational solution marketing concepts, including positioning, targeting, segmenting, personas, and value articulation.
* Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or complex B2B solutions strongly preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
* Experience working in complex, matrixed, global organizations.
