We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative operations by managing communications, handling invoicing tasks, and conducting vehicle viewings.
Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct incoming calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing accurate information and assistance.
* Prepare and process invoices for vehicle sales and services.
* Conduct vehicle viewings with customers, highlighting features and benefits.
* Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience with dealership management systems is a plus.
* Valid driver's license.
