Role
As a Coordinator, working in a small but efficient team, you will provide excellent service to our car and bike dealers, as well as to our customers.
We are looking for a strong team player who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service. You should be able to multitask, work effectively in a busy environment, and build strong relationships while completing tasks to a high standard.
This role requires flexibility to work shifts from 9:00-17:00 and 10:00-18:00, including working one in 3-4 Saturdays and some bank holidays with a day off in lieu.
Main Responsibilities
* Answering calls from customers and dealers within department SLAs.
* Building and maintaining strong dealer relationships through clear communication.
* Providing excellent service to customers.
* Making changes to customers’ finance agreements.
* Allocating manual payments accurately.
* Checking finance documentation efficiently.
* Responding to customer correspondence.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
* Previous experience in a customer service environment.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
* Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask under pressure.
* Attention to detail and quality consciousness.
* Ability to pass a SAF test during initial training.
* Satisfactory references, DBS check, and financial check.
Desirable
* Experience in the motor finance industry.
