We are recruiting for a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Burnley on a full-time, long-term basis starting Monday. This role is based in a Year 5 class and will involve providing 1:1 support for a pupil with Special Educational Needs. You will be required to follow and implement the child's EHCP, ensuring strategies and provision are delivered consistently. In the morning, you will support small intervention groups. In the afternoon, you will work as a general class Teaching Assistant. The class includes some challenging characters, so strong behaviour management skills and confidence in maintaining clear expectations are essential.
