We are looking for an Electronic Test Technician to support the testing and development of high‑voltage power supply units within a New Product Introduction (NPI) environment. Working via an agency, you will carry out hands‑on electronic testing and troubleshooting to ensure products meet performance, quality, and project schedule requirements.
Daily activities may vary and the role suits a proactive technician comfortable working in a fast‑paced, development‑led manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform electronic testing and troubleshooting of high‑voltage power supply products
* Fault‑find to component level, supporting root‑cause analysis and development improvements
* Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot electronic circuits, instruments, and mechanical assemblies
* Work from electrical schematics, specifications, drawings, and written/verbal instructions
* Maintain test fixturing, including calibration, preventative maintenance, and corrective maintenance
* Accurately document test results, development notes, procedures, and corrective actions
* Support NPI activities to ensure products meet performance and delivery requirements
* Assist with the training of technicians in established test processes where required
* Act as a technical interface with production, quality, and engineering teams
* Identify and contribute to improvements in processes, throughput, lead times, and cost reduction
* Ensure all departmental quality processes and procedures are strictly followed
* Communicate effectively and work under limited supervision
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in electronic test and troubleshooting (or equivalent)
* Strong understanding of electronic circuits and assemblies
