About us
We are a multidisciplinary financial services firm specialising in estate planning, inheritance tax mitigation, and long-term wealth structuring for High Net Worth clients (HNW). We integrate legal, financial, and tax expertise to provide tailored solutions that protect wealth across generations.
As part of our growth strategy, we are bringing wills and trusts planning drafting and preparation in-house and seek an experienced TEP Practitioner and private client solicitor to lead this initiative.
The Opportunity
This senior role offers the potential to shape and scale a new legal function within our business. The successful candidate will collaborate with financial advisers and tax specialists to design and implement estate planning solutions for high-net-worth clients.
We have over 20 years of experience in this area and handle a significant number of cases monthly.
Previously, we used external providers for drafting wills and trusts. As the company grows, we want to bring this function in-house, ensuring plans follow and improve our existing structures and client advice.
The will planning involves setting up wills and accompanying pilot trusts.
