Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and motivate a small team to deliver internal and external events, including college open events, graduation ceremonies, community outreach activities, and partner school engagement.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and deliver event campaigns that support the College’s recruitment and engagement goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, local organisations, and key stakeholders to broaden the reach of the College’s offerings.
* Oversee logistics, budgeting, and evaluation for all events to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.
* Represent Colchester Institute at external events and act as a key ambassador for the College’s brand and values.
Essential requirements
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades 4–9 or equivalent) including English and Maths.
* Minimum of a Level 3 qualification.
* Experience of managing a team.
* Experience presenting and public speaking to a range of audiences.
