Here at Langdons ,we havean amazing opportunity for a Driver Debriefer to join the team based in Motherwell .You will be working on a full time, permanent basis, working 4 on 4 off (nights) and in return, you will receive a highly competitive salary of £31,427.The Driver Debriefer role:
Your role will be to ensure all returning drivers and their vehicles are fully checked in, allocated and all relevant records are reviewed and maintained.
Whether it's fresh consignments or frozen goods, we have it covered! We have 9 depots and over 375 lorries carrying chilled and frozen food all over the country. We're the only company providing a 24-hour service of this kind, and we are very good at it.

What you'll be doing as our Driver Debriefer:
Receive all collection and delivery paperwork from returning drivers and ensures it is fully completed and correct, updating relevant staff with progress reports where necessary
Assist drivers with downloading tacho records and identifying any discrepancies or omissions, referring to the Transport Manager where necessary to ensure relevant follow up action is taken
Work closely with Transport Operation staff to identify and plan for relevant resources to be redeployed on an ongoing basis.
Identify any barriers to plans and takes appropriate action to ensure adequate resources are in place and any issues relating to collection, transportation and delivery of goods are addressed
Provide cover for the Customer Service and Transport Teams where required.
What qualifications and experience are we looking for in our Driver Debriefer?
Qualified to Level 2 Supply Chain Operator or equivalent
Experience of working in a team-based office environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
IT literate in Microsoft Office packages and have the ability to compile, analyse and interpret relevant data
Extensive knowledge and application of transport regulations and health and safety procedures
