The Opportunity
This is an exceptional opportunity for a solicitor with a solid grounding in business immigration to join a global legal brand known for its innovative approach, strong international network, and high-quality client base. You'll work closely with partners recognised as leaders in their field, advising FTSE 100 companies, multinational corporates, and high-growth tech businesses on complex and high-value immigration matters.
The team advises on the full range of business immigration issues including sponsor licensing, visa applications, compliance, and strategic advisory work. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to thought leadership and client training initiatives, with genuine scope for career development in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Candidate Requirements
· Qualified solicitor with circa 1-4 years' PQE (though applications outside of this range will be considered on merit)
· Solid experience in business immigration law, ideally gained within a leading national or international firm
· Strong academic background and excellent technical and client-facing skills
· Enthusiastic team player with a commercial mindset and the ability to build strong client relationships
· A genuine interest in working within a highly collaborative, international practice
