Responsibilities:
* Check and distribute daily invoices
* Carry out manual entry of invoices
* Archive paperwork and ensure customer Purchase Orders are up to date
* Assist with Month End submission of invoices
Requirements:
* Ideally 6 months experience in an office based environment within finance
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Basic understanding of Excel
* A positive and flexible attitude
